Hi, I’m Andrea!

I bought my first home (a condo) in 2006 after graduating from Ohio University, and quickly fell in love with the process of making it my own. In 2010, life required me to relocate, after the housing market had crashed, allowing me to discover the benefits and joys of renting to others as a property manager.

In my new city, I began to dream about financial freedom through investment property ownership and management. Eventually life brought me back to Columbus, and in 2014 I purchased my second property, requiring a complete renovation. Through this experience and many others over the years, I learned as much as I could about real estate market trends, tax incentives and renovations. I persevered through outbids, bad inspections, lost contracts and an unstable market to secure 12 more rental units of my own, on my own!

Eventually, I decided it was time to leave my career in sales and focus on real estate full time, becoming a licensed Realtor® working with Red 1 Realty brokerage. I also began coaching others on how to get into the investment property game, sharing best practices and processes to maximize time, energy and finance efficiencies.
